"This shop saved me!! My transmission blew on my 1999 Lexus RX 300...I called at least 10 different shops getting estimates. The estimates varied from $2500-$5000....Oliver is the ONLY one that even suggested trying to FIX the transmission rather than immediately replacing it. He patiently explained the basics of a transmission and said he would try to flush the system due to tiny metal particles that can build up. I only owned the car for a year and a half and had my fluids timely checked and changed...No one had given me any prior hint that there was a problem until the gears started slipping and then were gone while driving home one day in rush hour traffic. I had my car towed (he offered to arrange a tow himself but I have AAA) from Seattle to his shop and I'm SO glad I did!!! The flush took a day and a half and he called me after driving my car up and down hills without any slips at all!!! Instead of thousands, I paid hundreds and that even included an oil change!!! I am sold...I will bring all of my cars to Oliver for everything from oil changes to major work...he was my hero!!
